The AGC Education Foundation Workforce Development programs are designed to introduce elementary through post-secondary students, educators, and parents to exciting construction career opportunities through hands-on learning experiences in the classroom and at community outreach events.

Core Plus Construction
The AGC Education Foundation’s Core Plus Construction (CPC) program is a state-approved Career and Technical Education (CTE) initiative that provides high school students with hands-on construction experience, core graduation credit equivalencies, and career exploration—all within their local schools.
It is a free program of study, currently accessed in 100+ school districts and 13 skill centers in Washington State.
