Foreman Training Program (FTP)
The Foreman Training Program (FTP) is a four-session program designed for early-career foremen. This program is ideal for the seasoned lead person or new
foreman looking to become a strong leader and an effective manager of people, safety, time, equipment, and materials. When applied, the field-tested, proven methods taught will help ensure the success of the motivated tradesman.
Supervisory Training Program (STP)
The Supervisory Training Program (STP) is a construction specific training curriculum developed and field-tested by and for contractors. Supervisory skills are critical to the company’s bottom line. This six-unit program focuses on the knowledge and skills that every supervisor must have to be an effective manager of people, time, equipment, and materials.
Project Manager Development Program (PMDP)
Project Manager Development Program (PMDP) is geared specifically to the topics early-career project managers need. The construction-specific program curriculum has been developed and field-tested by and for contractors. The program covers the essentials of project management for emerging project managers and provides a solid foundation for long-term career development.
Construction Leadership Series
Developed by local industry leaders, the AGC Education Foundation offers this exclusive seven-module Construction Leadership Series. This comprehensive leadership skills training is designed for select individuals with 10+ years of industry experience who have been identified by their companies as tomorrow’s leaders.
