Students must be recommended in order to enroll in the program. To recommend a student from your company, please fill out a Construction Leadership Series application. You will be contacted within one business day if your student has been accepted into the program. 

The Construction Leadership Series is a comprehensive leadership skills training series created for select individuals with 10-plus years of industry experience who have been identified by their companies as one of tomorrow’s leaders.

“Learn today and apply tomorrow” approach:
•  Pre-assessment followed by seven modules of training
•  Company mentors will participate in selected activities throughout the series
•  Assigned reading and homework
•  Instruction by subject matter experts
•  Industry panelists providing multiple points of views and case studies
•  Network with fellow attendees, panelists, and industry guests
•  Certified by the AGC of Washington and the AGC Education Foundation

Price per student: $2,890
(Includes all modules and lunches for full-day classes)

Instructions: • Identify your “tomorrow leaders” (maximum 2 per company, provide one application per student) • Provide a recommendation statement that includes a summary of the student’s job description, strengths, opportunities for growth, and your desired outcomes for their Construction Leadership training • After submitting the form, you can expect to hear back within one business day if your student has been accepted into the program.
  • An important component to this training is the partnership with a mentor from the student’s company. Identify one mentor who will work with the student to enhance leadership skills throughout the program.
